Basic grooming includes nail trim, ear cleaning, anal gland expression, paw pad & sanitary shave, bath, dry, brush out and light trim around paws and eyes.

This package is for dogs who don’t need haircut and in between maintenance for dogs need haircut. We highly recommend to schedule Basic grooming or bath&brush in between full grooming visit at groomer if you prefer longer-style or don’t have time for brushing at home.

Full Grooming
Full grooming includes nail trim, ear cleaning, anal gland expression, paw pad & sanitary shave, bath, dry and haircut.
This package covers everything include haircut. If your dog need haircut, please book as full grooming.

Puppy’s very first visit
We schedule only basic grooming for puppy’s very first grooming session.
Basic grooming takes much shorter time than full grooming which includes full haircut, so it’s good introduction for first time!
We think full grooming (includes haircut) is too long and too much requirements for puppy’s first session at groomer. Also we are able to know your puppy’s personality and what is
fine/don’t like for your puppy.
After your puppy knew grooming routine and we(your pup and groomers) knew each other at first session, we can go full grooming at 2nd visit. We don’t need to push too much to your puppy with this
order and help avoid your puppy got traumatized to grooming.
First impression is very important. At first visit, your puppy don’t even know if you’ll come back for pick up. First visit is like a first day of preschool. Let’s make their first day at groomer

Please contact us when you find out your puppy’s vaccination schedule!!
Book your puppy’s first appointment for Basic grooming on the date 1-2 week after(ask your vet!) your puppy last vaccinations shot. And please book 2-4 weeks later for 2nd visit for full grooming.
Don’t wait too long for your puppy’s first visit. Sooner start is better!

Our price is depending on dog’s size, coat condition, temperament and haircut style (for full grooming).
